Whoapy reserves the right to accept returns only within the specified timeframes and under the following conditions.

All discrepancies must be reported within the indicated hours after delivery.

-The product was delivered expired.

-The product shows internal damage such as:

-Mold or fungal growth

-Signs of contamination

 

🧊 Refrigerated Products (within 24 hours):

-The product was delivered expired.

-Mold or fungal growth

-Signs of contamination

 

🛒 Regular Grocery Items (Non-Frozen, Non-Refrigerated) (within 48 hours):

-The product was delivered expired.

-The product shows internal damage such as:

-Missing pieces

-Mold or fungal growth

-Signs of contamination

 

If your return request meets the conditions above, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
